#9. Ginger Jasmine Summer Cocktail
This is a wonderful cocktail to serve at any summer venue. Shake Barentsz Exotic Jasmine Gin, Creme de Peche, Ginger Syrup, fresh lemon juice, and cold Jasmine Tea. The ginger and lemon are truly refreshing while the peach adds a fun fruity note. This was one of our many summer Gin cocktails featured at Tredwell’s.

#8. Jasmine Fizz
Featured in bride Magazine, this beautiful two-toned cocktail is a delight. Use our premium Gin, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup and egg white. Shake well and strain well as you pour. Stir in club soda right at the end for the perfect flirty tickle. Garnish with jasmine flowers and some lemon wedges for elegance and aromatics.

There are so many amazing cocktails you can put together that include lavender and elderflower. Here are just a few of our favourites:
Barentsz Exotic Jasmine Gin, pink grapefruit juice, elderflower liqueur, Bianco Vermouth, homemade grenadine, and half an egg white. Infuse the gin for a few hours with lavender. Then add all ingredients, shake and pour into a well-chilled Collins glass over bits of ice. Lavender sprig and grapefruit to garnish.
For our signature, Scarlet & Purple, add Lillet Blanc, Lavender syrup, lime and lychee juice. Shake all of this together and pour into a Sour Coupe. Make a lot of these pretty lavender gin cocktails for summer as these have been known to inspire a second (or third)

Elderflower & Rasberry makes a fun G&T. Add our exotic Jasmine Gin infused with Elderflower, lemon juice, raspberry gomme, and 5 perfect raspberries. Top with tonic and serve.
#3: On the Rocks
A cold icy drink is a must for a summer cocktail but when it comes to Gin and other liquors the right balance matters. Too much ice and you have a watered-down bland drink. Not enough ice or chill and your drink will be flat.
Here are a few drinks and how to serve them for the perfect temp and flavour:
Negroni
Although this simple yet powerful drink is often thought of around the holidays, Negroni can make an unctuous summer cocktail as well. For a great flavoured Negroni use the right glassware, an old-fashioned, and chill in a freezer. Stir in Barentsz Gin, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into your glass filled with ice cubes. Orange curl for a fragrant garnish.
Straight
Metro relayed that “This Jasmine Gin is so smooth you can drink it straight”. For a simple yet classic drink, pour over ice and serve with a twist of orange.
G&T
This classic can be just right if you use top-quality gin and tonic. Use a highball and build each ingredient. We recommend Fever Tree or 1724 Tonic.

What is better than a tea-time cocktail party. Earl Grey pairs perfectly with our Barentsz Exotic Jasmine Gin to create Earl Grey Tea Gin Collins and Martinis.
