An elegant crowd-delighter, this jasmine-gin laced cocktail makes for a light and delicious welcome drink. To make it more distinctive, garnish with the flower of your choice. This drink is made with the newly-launched Willem Barentsz gin, and is already loved by some of the UK’s finest bartenders.
– 50ml Willem Barentsz Gin
– 25ml lemon juice
– 20ml jasmine flower syrup
– 15ml egg white
– Soda top up
– 1-2 pomelo/grapefruit segments
How to Make
Muddle the pomelo or grapefruit segments with the gin and lemon juice. Shake this mixture with the rest of the ingredients, bar the soda water. Strain into glassware, over ice and top up with the soda. Add the garnish.
