International Gin & Tonic Day: Where to Drink Gin in London

It’s that time again, (as if we needed another excuse to drink gin & tonic), 19th October marks International G&T day, and there are plenty of hotels, bars and pop-ups across the capital serving up special orders of the sophisticated pairing. Here are a few of our favourite places to have a G&T or other cocktail:

The Lampery is the perfect spot to start your afternoon. Tiered-trays of afternoon tea featuring juniper scones. Enjoy this rich repast with a Gin and Tonic with a twist of orange.

The Fifth Floor Bar in Harvey Nichols, is aptly a gin-based sensation, comprised of Barentsz gin, elderflower cordial, refreshing mint and tonic water.

The Drunken Monkey serves a floral cocktail aptly named The Golden Flower.  Paired with rich Dim Sum, this cocktail features Jasmine-infused Barentsz Gin, Creme de Peche, Creme de Violet, and orange bitters.

Tea Room at Bun House – If you haven’t heard of this underground tea room you have to pop in. Order a G&T or step outside the box with a jasmine and salted-lime cocktail. This cocktail features a salted lime beer and fresh jasmine.

Crazy Bear Clubhouse keeps it purely British serving only top quality Gin and Tonics. They feature our Barentsz Jasmine in the floral/herbal section of their menu.

Can’t be bothered to go out? Invite your friends round and put together your own impressive cocktails and delights. Here is a fun list from our site.
