Cancel any plans you have on 10 June, because it’s World Gin Day, and to celebrate, jasmine gin brand Willem Barentsz are holding a gin treasure hunt.
This is not a drill, gin lovers.
‘The Jasmine Trail’ treasure hunt is a map hunt which will take place among four of London’s best cocktail bars, where those participating will get to try out some Willem Barentsz-inspired drinks.
All you have to do is turn up at the above bars to search for a map in order to compete for an epic prize, as Willem Baretnsz will be searching for a pair of lucky adventurers to take anywhere in the world as part of The Jasmine Trail.
You will be encouraged to seek out sections of the global map – which could be hidden anywhere in the bar.
Then, you’ll need to take a quick snap of the map before sharing it on Twitter or Instagram (or both) with the hashtag #WBJasmineTrail and #WillemBarentsz, alongside stating your dream destination.
You’ll also get to try out some signature Willem Barentsz inspired drinks while at each bar – just go steady, you don’t want to lose out on finding any maps.
At the end of the trail, when everyone’s a little boozy, the winner will be chosen depending on who the creators think offered the best response through social media.
